Two times award-winner at the Global Health Supply Chain Summit and a PhD student in leadership, Martin Mwenda is a visionary thought leader, transformational coach, and organizational leadership expert with a deep passion for unlocking human potential. With a strong background in coaching, leadership consulting, and mindset transformation, Martin is the author of the Mindshift and the creator of the MILMAR window™—a powerful framework guiding individuals towards becoming their best self.

His work weaves together psychological insight, biblical truth, and practical tools to help people break free from limiting beliefs and live courageously in alignment with their deepest values.

Millicent Mwenda

Millicent is a dynamic and results-driven Certified Human Resource Professional with a passion for people, purpose, and transformational change. She brings extensive experience in HR operations, organizational change, talent development, and dispute resolution—offering a rich, people-centered perspective to every conversation on mindset, growth, and emotional intelligence.

As a co-author of Mindshift, Millicent shares practical insights drawn from real-life HR experiences, where emotional mastery, personal alignment, and mindset shifts are not just concepts but daily imperatives. She believes growth begins with awareness, and that meaningful transformation occurs when people are supported, seen, and empowered.

Her mission is to help individuals unlock their greatness by changing how they think, how they lead, and how they live.
